Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Customers mission and other stakeholders missions
  • Must be an outstanding writer, be able to present impeccably, and support all the mission activities with brand development

  • Process oriented, conceptually driven, and possess the ability to think strategically and work collaboratively in a highly technical setting
  • Demonstrated experience exhibiting oral and written communication skills to include giving briefings/presentations, planning and facilitating meetings and providing support for technical documentation
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience coordinating and working action items to completion
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work independently; self starter
  • Demonstrated creativity in work product and thinking outside the box
  • Demonstrated superlative writing skills to compose correspondence on behalf of senior executives
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and critical thinking skills (analysis, judgement, information seeking)
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information from various resources
  • Ability to prepare presentations and to present information to senior managers
  • Domain experience and knowledge of customers processes, procedures, and network systems and associated applications for finished intelligence production and dissemination
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite products
  • BSc/MSc in a business or other associated discipline, or years of relevant experience
  • TS/SCI with poly required

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, three years supporting the customer domain

Responsibilities

Responsible for translating the clients business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture. Acts as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems. Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains enterprise-wide solutions to total system or subsystems using internally created and/or off the shelf products. Analyzes and identifies all or part of a company's existing or new peripheral, network, and telecommunications systems requirements, taking into consideration the special technology needs. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Provides direction for design activities. Often project-based, sometimes working at customer sites.

The Systems Integrator will support the Customers portfolio of activities through a wide range of duties involving strategy development and implementation for growing the reputation of the organization. Coordination with and presentation to internal and external customers/stakeholders, analysis of impact, and problem solving. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Develop mission-focused strategic plans that capture existing capabilities and outlines future capabilities and high-level dependencies
  • Develop regular status reporting highlights, action item consolidation for leadership to share with senior executives across the Customers partners
  • Develop mechanisms to share technical accomplishments and progress to non-technical audiences and mission stakeholders
  • Validate, document, and manage stakeholder expectations in concert with customer
  • Assist sponsor managers with modifying or establishing processes to implement the strategic plans
  • Design, develop, and deliver executive level statements, briefings and business process changes for time sensitive high visibility audiences
  • Execute strategic plans and complete action items to support the Customer
  • Maintain a strong collaborative relationship and open collaboration with counterparts across the organization, and with other contracts in the customer organizations
  • Manage internal business actions, identify internal and external dependencies, and apply decision analysis to ensure tasks and action progress at a rate commensurate with organizational tempo
  • Serve as the focal point assisting the team in ensuring continuity/consistency of messaging/branding of all awareness/outreach management and deconfliction
  • Coordinate horizontally and vertically throughout the organization
  • Analyze trends and identify new opportunities and challenges
  • Collaborate with other teammates on advertising
