Qualifications

• Demonstrated extensive experiencewith enterprise data services in the IC
• Advanced skills in MS Office tools (I.e.Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

• Demonstrated experience tailoring and applying business process improvements across various teams within an organization (including ITL-based service support processes)
• Practical experience with products such as AWS, Jira, Confluence, and Tableau
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills and able to clearly relay information in both written and verbal forms
• Proven ability to interact with customers, senior leadership, and program managers in a highly matrixed environment

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, engineering, business or scientific or technical discipline with 15 years experience (12 in IC)

Responsibilities

Work Description:The individual selected for this position will serve as an integral member of a Program Management Office providing support to the program executive and staff.Areas of supportincludea wide range of activities from full-stack requirements formation and tracking to generating executive level briefings and artifacts. The role also entails highly effective communication skills across a broad range of stakeholders in different mediums (e.g.written, VTC, in-person, slide-based presentation).Responsibilities of this position include:

• Organizingand/or facilitating meetings for a variety of stakeholders (e.g.developers, government managers,senior leadership)

• Responding to periodic or ad hoc reporting needs,ensuring content and structure meets customer standards
• Speakingknowledgablyabout the strategy and plans of the enterprise data services in the IC
• Understanding and incorporating the data service-related needs of various IC agencies into the customers delivery and support plans

• Supporting numerous ad-hoc Program Management activities as needed, including budgetary, schedule, scope, quality, tracking, and reporting
• Identifying areas for process maturity and improvement, and effectively implementing themin aprioritized manner.
