Responsibilities

Responsible for translating the clients business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture. Acts as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems. Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains enterprise-wide solutions to total system or subsystems using internally created and/or off the shelf products. Analyzes and identifies all or part of a company's existing or new peripheral, network, and telecommunications systems requirements, taking into consideration the special technology needs. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Provides direction for design activities. Often project-based, sometimes working at customer sites.

Provide support to the Sponsors Directorate-level learning institution, where skills-specific tradecraft training divisions combine with new programs to leverage private sector opportunities, support the Directorates corporate career development, and raise digital acumen throughout the Sponsor organization. The Systems Integrator will support the organization responsible for data to support learning opportunities focused on five portfolio areas data acumen, data governance, data management, data design, and data science. The office provides learning spaces including OneButton Studio, computer lab classroom, and innovation space/classroom with touchscreen capabilities.

The Systems Integrator (SI) will help manage its relationships and learning programs across the learning institution and stakeholders across the IC. The office environment is fast paced and requires a self-starter. In addition to the five data learning portfolios, the Sponsor office also manages the Artificial Intelligence Learning Center in cooperation with the Intelligence Community. Support is needed in the following areas:

  • Supporting the coordination, administration, and integration of the AI Learning Center
    • Working the program managers and instructors to create and schedule cohorts and rosters for courses
    • Scheduling dates and locations as needed during program calls
    • Sending correspondence to enrollees, adjuncts, and volunteers as needed
    • Contributing to program assessment, evaluation, and metrics efforts
  • Assisting with content management of eLearning
    • Ensuring content is up to date/modifying or removing content that is no longer accurate
    • Scheduling eLearning Journeys for refresh
    • Communicating eLearning Journeys to workforce
    • Uploading new content
    • Notifying tech support and/or internal web developers of any technical problems

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and writing skills to compose correspondence on behalf of senior executives
  • A strong working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, SharePoint and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and critical thinking skills (analysis, judgment, information seeking)
  • Ability to synthesize information from various resources
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently; self-starter
  • A Bachelors degree (or equivalent years of experience) in liberal arts studies, communications, or other associated discipline

Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD.
