Qualifications

  • Be skilled and experienced in professionally coordinating with senior government officials (military and civilian) and their staffs
  • Be able to work seamlessly with multiple organization staffs and contractors
  • Be adaptable to other ad hoc support duties as assigned
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently; self-starter
  • Experience developing briefings and presentation to Senior Leaders
  • Demonstrated senior-level interpersonal effectiveness, political savvy and communication skills to interact with all levels of the workforce, including developing and presenting program artifacts appropriately tailored to meet the needs of the audience
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to organize/build storage for large amounts of information

Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD.

Responsibilities

Responsible for translating the clients business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture. Acts as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems. Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains enterprise-wide solutions to total system or subsystems using internally created and/or off the shelf products. Analyzes and identifies all or part of a company's existing or new peripheral, network, and telecommunications systems requirements, taking into consideration the special technology needs. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Provides direction for design activities. Often project-based, sometimes working at customer sites.

  • Serve in a trusted advisor capacity to assist the Sponsor's Front Office span communications, strategy, business process improvement, enterprise performance, and metrics for business enterprise service;
  • Maintain the sponsor's statement of objectives document, incorporating any changes arising from amendments to Business Rules and Group/Office level suggestions/orders;
  • Review Sponsor's Business Rules to establish greater enterprise consistency in business operations and facilitate horizontal integration across the various functions and needs of Sponsor's activities and branches;
  • Coordinate workforce performance evaluations and provide divisional alignment considerations;
  • Continue Jira reporting portfolio responsibilities for the at an enterprise-level, given its unique needs compared to other branches, including biweekly sprint task performance updates and Sponsor contract updates;
  • Implement a business strategy to eliminate customer risks that speaks to current over-demand for lower service offerings, a single customers revenue dominance due to higher service demand, and the need to reduce offerings to provide increased cost savings for customers;
  • Assess customer experience identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending solutions given resource and technical constraints;
  • Provide Business Enterprise meeting materials and graphics, as requested, that help market the Sponsors services to internal and external stakeholders and customers, as needed;
  • Evaluate future provisioning, order management, and project management systems and associated business processes to enable efficient use of resources;
  • Consult on upcoming architecture improvements, of the Sponsors next generation unclassified architecture, and its implications to the Sponsors business processes;
  • Supporting in an ad hoc capacity the development and coding of the Sponsors Business Enterprises annual pricing model and exercise;
  • Advise on critical IT finance advice both within the Sponsors service and for a major enterprise
