Qualifications

Qualificatioms:
  • 10+ years of programmatic or systems integration experience.
  • Experience with developing processes to gather and track metrics.
  • Understanding of program/project development, system deployment, and operational metrics.
  • Prior experience with collection and analysis of systems performance data.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project.
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace dynamic environment.
  • Motivated self-starter and ability to work with minimal direction.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Previous experience working with clients organization, stakeholders and partners.

Education
  • Requires 12 to 15 years with BS/BA or 10 to 13 years with MS/MA or 7 to 9 years with Ph.D.

Clearance Required
  • TS/SCI with W/ Polygraph.

Responsibilities

Position Description

The Systems Integrator Senior Technical Specialist (SI) will have the position as Plans Officer who will work with the government client to develop plans to help guide future development and mission planning. This includes assisting managers build and rationalize programs and resource needs, and justify and defend budgets consistent with the Congressional budget process. The Plans officer will help develop strategies, program execution plans, and processes to track, gather, organize, document and report metrics. The SI will help develop the methodology and data displays for periodic management performance reviews. The SI may be required to develop and analyze metrics based on the clients requirements and needs. This may also include operational performance metrics. The selected candidate may be asked to provide functional analysis, timeline analysis, review requirements allocation as it relates to project and tool development, deliverables, and operational outcomes to determine what can be improved or what problems can be avoided when building and deploying future systems. The candidate must be comfortable working with and analyzing various types of data in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

The SI for the Plans Officer position will be responsible for providing any or all of the following technical and programmaticsupport to client management:
  • Work with the government client to understand and craft a strategy to identify program objectives and outcomes, and requisite resource needs to meet those goals.
  • Identify and apply performance metrics to justify programs and gauge mission success.
  • Develop a process to gather, organize, document and report these metrics including tracking deployments and resources.
  • Perform functional analysis and timeline analysis as it relates to deployments and operations.
  • Study and analyze metrics for improving the tracking and deployment of future systems.
  • Support the presentation of metrics to upper client management.
  • As directed by the client, coordinate metrics and/or analysis with stakeholders and partners.
