The Intelligence group provides high-end systems engineering and integration products and services, data analytics and software development to national and military intelligence customers. The Intelligence Group provides high-end systems engineering and integration products and services, data analytics and software development to national and military intelligence customers. This component of the Space Program provides Enterprise Systems Engineering and Integration capabilities to a national intelligence acquisition and operations organization. The program supports full lifecycle acquisition across all mission domains of a complex national systems architecture.

The selected candidate will serve in the Transport Domain and will support Space & Ground Architecture innovations and Major Systems Acquisitions. The candidate will track Acquisition Office activities and assess performance against meeting community Statement of Capabilities (SOCs) across missions.

• The selected candidate is responsible for translating the clients business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture.
• Acts as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems.
• Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains enterprise-wide solutions to total system or subsystems using internally created and/or off the shelf products.
• Analyzes and identifies all or part of a company's existing or new peripheral, network, and telecommunications systems requirements, taking into consideration the special technology needs.
• Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem.
• Provides direction for design activities. Often project-based, sometimes working at customer sites.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating, supporting, and the program and project leads, and their peers with the development and maintenance of: project status, schedules, risk/issue/opportunity tracking, and stakeholder engagements. In additional to the standard office suite, the candidate may/ will use tools such as Confluence, JIRA, ServiceNow, and Tableau.

Required:

• Requires 5 to 8 years with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• A passion for learning, helping others, sharing team knowledge, and contributing value to the mission in any way possible.
• Experience with acquisition systems engineering efforts, methods, and processes.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and energetic environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to relate professionally inside the work environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with team lead to prioritize tasks.

Desired:

• Experience with Intelligence Community (IC) customer or Department of Defense (DoD).
• Experience in mission technical capabilities and system performance analysis and assessment.
