Systems Engineer for Capabilities Development Support

Qualifications Individual Capabilities/Experience Required:- Bachelors degree or advanced degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or other related discipline plus at least 20 years of systems engineering experience. A Masters degree or PhD may be substituted for two years of experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 24 years of systems engineering experience would also be acceptable.

- Briefing stakeholders on technical status
- Performing analysis of technical alternatives
- Contributing to systems engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements specifications, and Interface Control Documents
- Managing system requirements and derived requirements
Responsibilities This position will support the customer's computer network operations (CNO) organization by providing recommendations on the use of operational platforms and strategies tailored to specific mission needs. Develop operational concepts in support of mission, and recommend technical and operational solutions The contractor shall identify opportunities to partner and recommend engagements that further the mission for the U.S. and Joint Combatant Commands. Candidate will identify access and data gaps and recommend solutions to fill those gaps while communicating risks. Candidate will serve as a subject matter expert and shall demonstration experience with the following Technical Process Areas: Stakeholder Requirements Definition, Requirements Analysis, Architectural Design, Implementation, Integration, Verification, Transition, Validation, Operation, Maintenance, and Disposal.
