Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with Ph.D.
  • Clearance required: TS/SCI and Poly eligible.
  • Requires 5+ years experience in test and transition.
  • Requires 3+ years experience in Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA), acquisition, and the Intelligence Community.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with other government and contractors in a challenging work environment.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with Confluence and JIRA Atlassian commercial tools.
  • Experience or training with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of GEOINT or SIGINT.
  • Experience with DevSecOps CI/CD, APIs, cloud, containers, or access controls.

Responsibilities

Are you looking for an opportunity to do what you do best? Do you want to provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) for Agile software development with a focus on acquisition and engineering of cutting-edge software technologies?

Enterprise Data Applications and Platforms (EDAP) is responsible for delivering enterprise solutions for DevSecOps Continue Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), data-centric and service-centric cloud-hybrid architecture, and access controls. Your responsibilities are to manage the acquisition and technical performance of one or more development contracts providing the above-mentioned enterprise solutions. Employee must have demonstrated ability to work well with other government and contractors in a challenging work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide acquisition recommendations for establishing new development contracts and extending or modifying existing contracts.
  • Contribute to acquisition artifacts such as: Request for Proposal (RFP), Statement of Work (SOW), Engineering Change Proposal (ECP), Program Management Plan (PMP), and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
  • Review development vendors monthly CDRLs: Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) or Agile Roadmap, PMR/BMR charts, software designs and test reports, risks/issues, and accomplishments.
  • Provide Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) by producing technical requirements or Agile Epics and Features, reviewing architecture designs, planning, and executing integration tests, verifying requirements and objectives were met, and transitioning capabilities to Operations within Agile iterative deliveries.
  • Implement Agile methodologies to prioritize, develop, and transition capabilities following our customers tailored systems engineering and operational policies.
  • Provide development vendor guidance on mission objectives for DevSecOps CI/DI, data and service centric solutions, and access controls.
