Job Description

This role will serve as a frontline supervisor providing team leadership and functional expertise:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Market Staff and the Administrative Team to drive business results and control and compliance standards
  • Monitors, analyzes, and effectively communicates business performance to ensure attainment of planned business targets through review of Market key account trends, financial reporting and forecasting
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships with internal departments and acts as liaison to identify and remedy issues
  • Delivers timely and insightful analysis of monthly results to sales force
  • Provides strong oversight and analysis into key Financial strategies and initiatives. Ensures participation and compliance with initiatives
  • Manages the Financial administration team by providing direction, coaching and development, and a supportive work environment
  • Oversees the Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable, Financial Administration and Risk Management, and Payroll processes and functions

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Analytical ability to summarize data, develop recommendations and implement solutions
  • Accurate and detail-oriented individual
  • Strong organizational skills and follow through
  • Customer service oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment while managing multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Preferred
5 years previous experience in a supervisory role.
