We're seeking more talent to join our growing team in San Jose. We have an exciting position available for a creative, inspired program manager to work with our Semiconductors team to oversee our Strategic Transformation Initiatives driving Supply Chain Digitization.

In this role, youll:

  • Develop a silicon demand supply plan: supply-demand balancing; supply availability; allocation management; delivery performance; upside flexibility investments.
  • Resolve escalated shortages through active communication with relevant suppliers & regional stakeholders.
  • Lead volatile industry transitions and heavy interaction with suppliers and engineering on qualifications and time to market
  • Mitigate E&O through appropriate collaborative and analytical techniques.
  • Manage planning and supply, supplier site balancing and other strategic AP procurement decisions
  • Develop in partnership with Component Supply Operations group an adequate analytics capability to orchestrate multiple streams of supply chain data to better understand supply continuity risks and make decisions.
  • Represent Si Ops as a lead in cross functional meetings.

Who You'll Work With

  • You'll Work with various Supply Chain Operations functions: Global Manufacturing Operations, Global Supplier Management, Product Operations, Global Planning & Fulfillment, Logistics etc. and with extended partners (e.g. Finance), to drive the silicon collaborative planning and execution processes
  • You will collaborate with various Operations professionals (Supply Chain Transformation, Supplier & Sourcing Base Manager, Component Supply Operations Managers, manufacturing engineers etc.) to setup, qualify and operationalize the silicon supply chain to meet TTM and volume ramp needs.
  • You'll partner with Supply Chain eco-system partners to optimize the Si supply chain and operations to meet key business metrics.

Who You Are

  • You have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills including written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • End-to-end supply planning (including co-planning with suppliers) for the related silicon products.
  • Excellent knowledge on demand & supply planning, manufacturing execution, logistics processes and planning systems.
  • Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures, and the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management requirements at each phase of development and manufacturing process cycle.
  • You are adept at influencing partner executives and are capable of influencing internal decision makers to make decisions aligned with strategies and objectives benefiting the entire organization.
