Job Description

The Supply Chain Optimization (SCO) Manager is responsible for overseeing the supply chain optimization of the team and track the application of related principles. The SCO Manager will help maintain and develop long term supply chain sustainability initiatives. The SCO Manager will report directly to the Warehouse Department Manager and work with the plant, warehouse, distribution centers. The SCO Manager is responsible for leading people, achieving business objectives and implementing key initiatives to enable sales growth. The SCO manager must manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The SCO Manager should possess good analytical skills and will be using software such as SAP, DRP, ICS, and DPP. The SCO Manager will work independently in the absence of direct supervision.

Qualifications/Requirements

- Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation and team building skills
- Working knowledge of Frito Lay systems
- Flexible willingness to work off shift and weekends
- Ability to manage through the Performance Management Process for non-exempts
- Strong leadership with the ability to get results through mentoring skills
- Ability to lead a team based approach to decision making
- Demonstrated ability to work in a results oriented, challenging environment
- Team-based approach to decision making
- Demonstrated people and leadership skills
- Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation and team building skills
- Project management skills
