Responsibilities As a Warehouse Trainer, you will contribute to the success of PepsiCo by training warehouse associates, with a focus on cost efficiency, continuous improvement on processes, service, and safety for the entire business unit across all shifts. Our Warehouse Trainer will also coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisors to help manage front line staff and to help fill in with other leadership staffing. Major Tasks, Accountabilities and Key Responsibilities: Manage the training of all warehouse personnel to include onboarding new team members Work with location leadership to improve processes and help reinforce processes and training. Develop and motivate your team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals Deliver effective change leadership while driving business changes and minimizing people impact Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally Build people capability through effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel Coaching and issuing discipline Maintain all housekeeping and safety standards and training Identify and execute productivity opportunities to help facility meet annual operating plan You will have a regular presence on the plant floor and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs This role may operate forklift and manufacturing equipment occasionally You may require off-shift and weekend work with some travel Compensation and Benefits: The expected salary range is $ 55400 -$ 80200. Bonus based on performance and eligibility; 8% annual target which is quarterly payout. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Other benefits, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health, and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or similar field Two years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred with exposure to Lean Six Sigma Your experience with supervising front line staff in a performance-driven, challenging environment Microsoft Suite including Excel comprehension preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others, effective coaching, leading a team-based approach to decision-making This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States Must have a valid drivers license Safe driving record strongly preferred Note:Covid-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment dependent on role and location.
