This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.

If you are located in the Philadelphia, PAarea, you will have the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.

Primary Responsibilities:

Requirements Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED(or higher)

• 5+ year of customer service experience or office experience

• 5+ years of call center experience (including knowledge of CMS, VCC, IEX, WFM)

• 2+ years of team lead experience
