Cisco Customer Experience (CX) delivers the best customer experience in the industry that accelerates success for our customers and profitable growth for Cisco and our partners. The Data Success Programs Manager (Data SPM) role is a position within our Customer Experience success teams that drives insights and analytics to steer adoption through Success Program delivery in Ciscos scale accounts and with High Touch accounts. The Data SPM reports directly with the Customer Success Lead.

What Youll Do

The Data SPM is a specific function within the Customer Success Team in North that provides analytical insights to improve right time, right actions with the Customer Success Teams to drive customer outcomes and Partner interactions.

Your insights will help derive insights into campaign management and proactive engagement with customers and Partners. You are experienced with blending data sources, creating algorithms for superior segmentation insights and dashboards that show how customer success and adoption is evolving in different industries and market segments. Through your analysis of past actions and identified adoption barriers, you support the Customer Success Teams with data analysis that drive proactive actions to create impact with customers and Partners. You will work closely together with the Customer Success Lead in mitigating customer risk within the region assigned, using digital tools and programs to advance customers through the lifecycle.

Apart from that you will:

  • drive multiple Success Programs and initiatives to a population of large, non- Customer Success Executive covered accounts
  • You will have an advanced understanding of Success Program structure, content and strategic purpose
  • Focus on Success Programs with target account list including the highest complexity / strategic customers
  • Provide feedback to influence improvement and optimization of Success Programs
  • You have successfully adopted and implemented business and process improvements based on data insights.
  • You have a working knowledge of Ciscos core architectures, business strategies, industry trends and standard methodologies to understand customer success impact and partner landscape or have worked in IT/High tech environments
  • You excel in following up on building capabilities that improve data insights towards sales teams
  • You have experience with subscription and software offers, agile organizations, cloud based subscriptions

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in an analytical/consulting role with experience analyzing data familiar with SFDC and adoption lifecycle / churn management / analytics through Customer Success Management tools
  • A degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or other concentrations with heavy quantitative focus strongly preferred
  • Experience working with large datasets and resourcefulness in acquiring data when clean and or complete information is not available
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to effectively convey insights from analyses
  • Ability to drive complex projects to completion using effective project management, communication, and influence; strong ownership of tasks/deadlines/projects
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and Office; SQL or other programming languages a plus
  • A tenacious, results-oriented and ownership attitude that can work with change and ambiguity
  • A strong desire to see the team around you thrive
  • A get stuff done mentality with a highly collaborative behavior
  • An insatiable appetite to understand why something is the way it is
