You will be responsible for orchestrating strategy for Cisco Security Renewals. This will include building business intelligence POV's, so we can accurately forecast revenue, better predict propensity to renew, identify areas of opportunity for contract renewals, but also incremental revenue from existing customers. You will also drive alignment with key teams that enhance renewals success. Youll do this by driving better processes, measurements and recommendations for product improvement. You will build direct relationships with global security software sales, Ciscos SW customer success teams, product management, Cisco partner teams, Cisco services renewals, and other cross functional leaders. You will help lead all aspects of the renewals business including forecasting, sales finance, Technology and solution training, in-depth sales migration campaigns, Strategy and Planning. 


-  Working with multiple departments to help ensure alignment to the overall strategy, including but not restricted to impact assessment, executive engagement, stakeholder management, training, communications, and business readiness

Demonstrate business knowledge and problem solving skills to lean-in and identify innovative & create change approaches for major business risks, obstacles or inhibitors

-  Utilize Salesforce.com to handle the sales funnel from a weekly, monthly and quarterly perspective, ensuring integrity of the funnel and associated opportunities, as well as to ensure sales leads are run and actioned on in a timely and efficient manner

-  Establish strong relationships with diverse internal partners including Field Sales Directors & Managers, Account Managers, Security Sales, Marketing, Partner Org, Customer Success, Operations and Sales finance as well as various other functional teams

-  Coordinate the development and implementation of new campaigns, programs and tools for our renewal motions

-  Work with management to deliver on global projects and initiatives, effective team execution on new programs, and campaigns and promotions


The Customer Experience (CX) organization is evolving its operating model to deliver value to customers throughout their lifecycle and supporting Ciscos transition to a recurring revenue model. The new model will be rooted in the vision of delivering the best customer experience in the industry that accelerates success for our customers and profitable growth for Cisco and our partners.

-  BS/BA (or equivalent) plus 7 years in business development management projects, strategy and planning operations or management consulting. Experience in technology industry is preferred.

-  Strategic and innovative with an external awareness to adapt to market transitions and understand the nuances of selling complex solutions.

-  Excellent leadership, management, strategic influencing, creative thinking, conflict resolution and team building skills.

-  Shown success in attracting, managing, and developing talent, directly and indirectly

-  A teammate, encouraging meaningful relationships and strong collaboration skills, with outstanding track record of leading and working with cross functional teams.

-  Strong operational command of businesses, including metrics based goals and achievement approach.

-  Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills an executive presence, with the ability to address and influence both executive and mid-level management audiences.

-  A self-starter, independent and a driver. Detail oriented, have a 'can-do' attitude, takes initiative and is highly organized. Acts with a sense of urgency.

-  A high degree of creative ability, analytical and business skills and independent judgment

-  A proven understanding of Cisco and general IT Service renewals would be preferred, as well as a wide appreciation of the IT market landscape

-  Familiarity with analytical tools and systems that include but not excluded to Tableau, SalesForce.com.
