What You'll Do

The mission of the Global Staffing Team is to enable a seamless Professional Services customer experience by on-time staffing the right people, with the right skills, at the right location and at the right cost. Resource allocation at Cisco Customer Experience is fundamental to maximizing efficiency in managing and optimizing current staff utilization.

As the Service Manager of Global Staffing, you will be instrumental in enabling staffers to deliver the intended mission of the Global Staffing Team. You will own service definition and process management for the Global Staffing Team.

You will work cross-functionally and across the organization, interfacing with GST regional managers, project managers, delivery/resource managers, executives, stakeholders and subject matter experts. You will guide us to uncover the unmet needs, create value and devise plans, techniques or processes to deliver this value. You will do this through strong focused collaboration.

You are a trusted advisor to the business, balancing their needs whilst delivering to CX Workforce Governance and Policy. Key Responsibilities 

  • Key point of contact across the CX workforce strategy to interlock and embed key workforce management frameworks to enhance staffing capability including capacity management, segmentation rules, utilization, resource management requirements and blueprint compliance 

  • Establish feedback loop with the business to enhance staffing capability

  • Serve as trusted member of the Global Business Operations team to drive key GBO efforts

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience in process analysis, management, improvement and documentation.
  • Product Management experience preferred.
  • Experience working cross functionally and cross regionally.
