+ **MAIN REPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES**

+ Health Economics &Outcomes Research Manager is responsible for planning, initiating and executing health economics & outcome research study for assigned diseases areas to support business need

+ Ensure HEOR Support is aligned with Priority Business Needs

+ Generate and communicate findings to internal/external stakeholders to support market access.



As such, in-depth understanding of HEOR, good interpersonal communication skills, project management, excellent oral and written Chinese/English skills are mandatory.



**To ensure the HEOR strategy matches the business growth**



+ Closely work with BUs to understand business and market access strategies

+ Closely monitor and analyze the evolution of PE/HTA and related healthcare environment in China

+ Develop effective Pfizer HEOR strategy based on BUs' strategies to meet the needs of business growth

+ Provide analysis report on a sufficient basis to identify the opportunities and threats



**To Influence PE/HTA environment through effective cooperation with external agencies and stakeholders**



+ Closely work with GAMA department in stakeholder mapping and identification

+ Keep sufficient communication with local academic stakeholders to closely monitor PE/HTA environment in China, timely bring key information back and share with relevant internal stakeholders



**Complete HEOR projects in high quality**



+ Design and implementing HEOR programs, and ensuring smooth conduct of HEOR programs.

+ Responsible for quality, timeline and budget control in execution of HEOR projects.

+ Provide periodic tracking report to medical management.

+ Develop publication plan for HEOR areas and ensure HEOR results are timely applied by business team



**Establishment and maintenance of internal database**



+ Develop and maintaining essential database to meet the needs of business and periodically update the database.

+ Establish the product value dossiers of key products to strongly support the negotiation, bidding, pricing and reimbursement



**Maintain the good relations to external stakeholders**



+ Identify key external stakeholders and actively work with them, to conduct HEOR studies.

+ Actively involved in academic activities to improve quality standards in HEOR research.

**REQUIRED SKILL SET**

Technical



+ In depth knowledge of China healthcare related discipline

+ Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

+ ability to understand and respond to multiple internal and external customers demands

+ ability to manage and handle conflict constructively with limited supervisory support

+ Excellent process and project management skills

+ Excellent oral and written English communication skills

Certifications: N/A

Education



+ At least Master degree in Pharmacoeconomics or Health Economics, PhD and MBA in such area is a plus



Experience



+ More than 5 year experiences in health economics or outcome research, Pharmaco Research with at least 1 year in multinational pharmaceutical company

+ Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

+ Good English speaking and writing skills; familiar with the operation of office software; good communication and team work skills
