Auto req ID: 273949BR Job Description PepsiCo GBS function is institutionalizing a Digital Factory to optimize its processes, services, and experiences. To start with, this Digital Factory will consist of an Automation Factory and a Reporting Factory and will jointly work with other stakeholders to rationalize, optimize, re-imagine and automate processes and reports across Sales, Operations/ Supply Chain, HR, and Marketing & Insights. Technology Enablement team is established to support Digital Factory with Solution Architecture, setting up standards, security assessments, connecting with the relevant IT application teams, provisioning of standard platforms and other Release management activities. This role will be part of the Technology Enablement team and would require working in a fast-paced, digitally focused environment alongside developers, designers, business and architects to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. This role mainly focusses on Provide leadership for other PMs Lead the planning and execution of the tech enablement related activities Understanding the technology needs of the Digital Factory and driving those with respective CTO teams Lead the Sector/Global IT engagement to support the product build Manage Release and Change management activities Building Team capability, coaching and guiding team members Key Responsibilities Include: Lead and provide guidance to other project managers in the team Build, execute and maintain work plans for technology enablement related activities of new digital products in accordance with the broader Digital Factory timeline Engage and navigate through multiple IT and business stakeholders for driving work related to provisioning, business applications access, processes, timelines etc. Lead and provide support for the project management, release management, change management and security assessment related work Proactively identifies impediments, looks for pragmatic and constructive solutions to mitigate risk Act as point of escalation when unexpected issues and/or new requirements are surfaced, and tactfully guide those issues to resolution Observes team's work and continuously searches for improvement areas to define standard, templates etc. to achieve higher level of efficiency Responsible for project financials, forecasting, monitoring platform usage and charge back models. Coach and develop team members by driving accountability, ownership, and PepsiCo ITs cultural values COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role. Please note that all such company vaccine requirements provide the opportunity to request an approved accommodation or exemption under applicable law Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience 8-10 years of technical project management and related experience Strong understanding and familiarity with common project management methodologies, at a minimum waterfall and agile Experience with project management software, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow etc. Ability to listen, build rapport and credibility as a strategic partner with Digital Factory, as well as with leadership and functional teams Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate with virtual teams and remote employees Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
