**About the Team:**

As a Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst for the AT&T Customer Connect Program, you will have the opportunity to join a fast-growing team that is embarking on a multi-year implementation as part of an on-going digital modernization effort. Our vision is to have an industry leading Software Quality framework with an emphasis on automation that enables our delivery teams to provide continuous improvements to our business partners while providing a lens into the day-to-day health of our applications to provide remediation of issues as they occur.

**Job Summary:**

Our Centers team is looking for a Sr. QA analyst who is passionate about software Quality Assurance and has the analytical and multi-tasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Sr.QA analystis responsible for the quality of Salesforce and Mulesoft deployments. He/she will help define the test strategy and metrics, develop test plans and coordinate execution to deliver a high-quality service to the organization.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

+ Provide technical and project management expertise across multiple areas of application development.

+ Develop test plans covering functional, integration, regression, performance and UAT aspects for Salesforce & Mulesoft deployments

+ Design and develop test automation scripts using Selenium, create test suites, configure & orchestrate test environments/infrastructure and perform test execution including cross device and cross browser testing

+ Systems development life cycle including various methodologies (agile)

+ Work closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.

+ Document and track test outcomes and progress against targeted plans

+ Represent the Testing Team in meetings with Business Owners, Tech Managers and other Stakeholders

+ Work with different technical teams such as Development, Operations, & Architecture to discuss test results (both functional and performance) and troubleshoot issues

+ Document and Track test artifacts in appropriate applications Jira, source-code control (test automation scripts)

+ As part of scrum team, prepare test scenarios, test cases, QA stories and acceptance criteria, aligning them with the development stories for the product increment being delivered in the sprint

**Shift timing (if any):**

+ Shift falls typically between 6 am to 10 PM India standard time. Occasionally may have to work long hours in situations when it is needed.

Primary / Mandatory skills:

Overall Experience: 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance field with 2+ years in Salesforce and Mulesoft

+ Technical Experience on projects involving implementation & support of Salesforce - Core Platform Sales & Service, Marketing Cloud, and Mulesoft

+ Implemented SDLC in projects, Understanding of software quality assurance principles

+ Clearly communicates architectural decisions, roadblocks and timelines to key stakeholders

+ Experience in Object Oriented Programming languages, and development experience

+ Experience in designing and building test automation scripts using Selenium in a Salesforce environment

+ Experience with APIs and API testing tools Postman, SOAP UI, Apex, VisualForce, Javascript, html, css , JavaScript, jQuery, Sales and Service Cloud , Git and Git Hub.

+ Experience with Salesforce development platform

+ Design, code, unit test, debug, implement and support Salesforce.com application

+ Hands on experience on APEX, SOQL, SOSL

+ Working knowledge on LWC (Lightning Web Components), Events, Component Life Cycle, Using Public Properties, Wire methods.

+ Knowledge of Visual Studio Code, Authorize Dev Hub

+ Well experienced in Lightning Aura Components, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Test Classes

+ Comfortability with a variety of development tooling, including Force.com IDE, Illuminated Cloud, Ant migration tool, and others

+ Knowledge of modern cloud ecosystems, such as Azure, AWS or GCP

+ Experience in practicing agile methodologies, including scrum and continuous integration environments -CI/CD, Git, SVN Value add

+ Understanding in SQL, NoSQL databases MySql, Oracle, MongoDB

+ Understanding of SRE role and implementation.

**Additional information (if any):** Willing to work in Shift Duties, Willingness to learn is very important as AT&T offers excellent environment to learn Digital Transformation skills such as cloud, Big data, AI, Full stack etc.

**Education Qualification:** Bachelors/ Masters degree in Computer Science or related field

**Certifications (if any specific):** Salesforce certifications


+ Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field

+ Technical Experience on projects involving implementation & support of Salesforce - Core Platform Sales & Service, Marketing Cloud, and Mulesoft

+ 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance field with 2+ years in Salesforce and Mulesoft

+ Experience with Agile methodology and ability to handle multiple projects

+ Effective written and verbal communication skills with good analytical skills

+ Onsite-Offshore model working experience
