This position is responsible for development, operations and maintenance of business solutions implemented in a cloud infrastructure. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support custom application development using Open Source technologies
  • ""
  • Conduct discovery sessions with key stakeholders to determine requirements
  • ""
  • Apply advanced knowledge of .NET Languages (such as C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET) and JavaScript/Typescript and related frameworks such as React & Angular to design, develop, test, implement and maintain applications with an eye towards simplicity, reliability, manageability, scalability, extensibility, performance and re-use
  • ""
  • Develop and maintain server-side logic, RPC and/or Web/RESTful API's using technologies such as Java and Node.js
  • ""
  • Apply knowledge of Security, JWT, data integration, integration patterns, REST Service and Micro-Services into the design and development of applications
  • ""
  • Leverage best DevSecOps practices for CI/CD and container technologies such as Docker as required
  • ""
  • Participate and take initiatives in Agile and iterative development sprints
  • ""
  • Conduct unit tests, deployments, and ensure version control
  • ""
  • Provide daily and weekly updates to management
  • ""
  • Develop, review, and update process and reference documentation on an ongoing basis
  • ""
  • Proactively monitor and identify problems, while effectively communicating solutions to peers and management

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math, or equivalent experience
  • ""
  • 7+ years of overall development experience in overall UI and backend applications
  • ""
  • 3+ years of experience with front end web programming techniques, such as .NET languages (C#, ASP.NET or VB.NET), HTML5, CSS3, JSON
  • ""
  • 3+ years of experience with both Relational (Preferred - SQL Server) and/or NoSQL databases (Preferred - Mongo DB)
  • ""
  • 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe)
  • ""
  • Experience in implementation of API and Web services architectures
  • ""
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure, as well as development/integration using cloud native technologies such as serverless computing
  • ""
  • Experience in database design, development, data modeling and integration
  • ""
  • Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns such as MVC
