Perspecta is seeking to fill a critical role for a Sr Risk Management Analyst for our Washington, DC office. In this role the contractor will be responsible for some of the following:

  • Work directly with program leads to identify Risks and Opportunities on the contract.
  • Coordinate with program management to assess risks / opportunities and implement appropriate risk and opportunity handling strategies.
  • Responsible for developing and deploying Risk & Opportunity Management (R&OM) methods while effectively interfacing with senior program and customer personnel to ensure clear communication of all program R&Os.
  • Need to apply expertise in the identification of risks and the development of mitigation plans.
  • Lead risk review boards for a variety of teams, including program management, Integrated Product Teams and customers.
  • The R&O manager is responsible for managing the risks and opportunities within the risk database and through associated reporting mechanisms.



  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelors degree plus 5 years of related experience in Risk Management
  • 5+ years of building long and short-range planning adapting to a highly diversified, complex and changing environment, and managing priorities.
  • 5+ years of experience working with the technical staff to track technical risk items and mitigation plans.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing a risk assessment plan


  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with team lead to prioritize tasks
  • Well-rounded working knowledge of IT concepts and best practices
