The *Home Office Talent Acquisition *department is seeking a full life-cycle Senior Recruiter. The ideal candidate will manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components of the talent acquisition process.

This opportunity will provide you with visibility and interaction with our leaders and associates, give you autonomy and flexibility in your role, and position you to serve as the "trusted talent advisor" for your hiring leaders.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide overall recruiting support
* Source a diverse, qualified candidate pool for open positions through various means, including daily searches in applicant tracking system/internal resume database, external on-line resume databases, internet postings, social networking websites, networking with professional and community-based organizations etc.

* Partner with senior leadership and utilize creativity, near and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization to deliver effective recruiting strategies
* Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices and innovate and implement processes, tactics and strategies to deliver consistent results with A+ service

* Bachelor's degree strongly preferred with emphasis in Human Resources or other related fields, or equivalent work experience
* Minimum of 4 or more years of direct full life-cycle recruiting experience supporting a variety of positions within a fast-paced/high volume corporate recruiting and/or staffing agency environment
* Minimum of 4 or more years of candidate interviewing experience utilizing behavioral based interview and candidate sourcing experience
* Must have extensive use of a server-based applicant tracking system (ATS), with IBM Kenexa BrassRing strongly preferred
* Must be an achievement oriented recruiter who can work in partnership and independently, maintains a high sense of urgency, responsiveness, follow up/follow through, with excellent attention to detail
* Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Avature, and other talent acquisition related tools
* Project management skills are strongly preferred
