Primary Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing a variety of projects and deliverables to include, but not limited to, projects associated with Palliative Care; data reporting, anlaysis and audits; monitoring organizational performance to assist in the identification of operational improvements; educating stakeholders on reporting applications; and applying principles of process improvement.  The position will provide a wide variety of support functions to the Palliative Care markets and other areas as assigned to ensure enterprise operational performance goals are met consistently
  • Responsible for accurate and timely database management, ad hoc report development, and report analysis and production to support key departmental and corporate initiatives.  Reviews data, develops recommendations and communicates analysis with senior management.  Transfers data into meaningful, professional, and easy to understand formats and presentations as needed for senior management
  • Assists Palliative Care and other related department team members in the implementation of programs or projects, including planning, developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating programs and projects to meet desired outcomes and achieve goals
  • Assists in the development of tools to track organizational objectives, initiatives, and short and long-range project or program goals.  Trains staff on database/tools
  • Participates in active project work groups and committees, and provides recommendations to achieve goals.  Facilitates meetings as necessary, contributes to planning and decision making, coordinates project resources and collaborates with project stakeholders to collect and disseminate project information
  • Facilitates communication and timely follow up with team members and other appropriate parties
  • Manages multiple projects at one time with successful outcomes
  • Analyzes business process information (e.g., metrics; analytics) to identify key issues, trends, and potential root causes (e.g., training issues; lack of understanding by user community) that point to improvement opportunities. Works with senior managers within the division as well as other departments to identify, document, drive or improve processes
  • Manages SharePoint sites as assigned
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned
