*Your Role*

You, the Senior Product Owner, will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive approach to deliver one or more products, capabilities, services, or enhancements in accordance with your product roadmap. You will work with Product Managers, Business Leaders, and a cross-functional Scrum team to deliver the product to your Clients. Additionally, you manage the overall effort to deliver products, capabilities, services and enhancements using our strategic vision and established key performance indicators. You will need to understand the functionality and determine the release sequences while prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog.

As a Senior Product Owner, you will also:




*
Support Release Train and scrum team(s) via Product Increment (PI) planning, managing the product backlog and software development details, and maintaining velocity.



*
Prioritize and manage backlog and implementation, ensure product execution meets strategy and requirements and refine features into user stories and story acceptance criteria.



*
Partner with Product Managers to understand and influence product strategy and roadmaps, aggregate and conceive ideas for enhancing product performance and achieving product success/KPIs.



*
Engage with Clients as a Subject Matter Expert to understand performance and needs of the Client for in-market products.



*
Partner with sales, sales operations, client solutions, and client marketing teams to communicate product performance and value for in-market products.



*
Assess product performance against KPIs and make corrections to improve performance and regularly communicate performance of the product/experience to stakeholders and the organizations.




Qualifications:

*
5 years of experience working in software Product Development in a Product or Technology role.



*
Strong communication, planning, critical thinking and organizing skills required. Must be able to analyze data, solve problems, make decisions, and continuously improve.



*
Extensive experience inn translating customer requirements into Agile user stories.



*
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) required.



*
Experience with Product planning, Agile productivity and management tools (e.g. Aha, Product Board, Rally, VersionOne, Jira, Trello, etc.)



*
Excellent interpersonal skills and developing relationships with team members and customers.



*
Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
