Primary Responsibilities:

""

The Sr Product Director is responsible for the strategy, design, development, deployment, and ongoing management of our clinical management solutions. This critical work includes several E&I Blue Chips, including digitizing capabilities, migrating the portfolio to United Strategic Platform (USP), ensuring affordability, achieving deeper integration with Behavioral Health, Advocacy, and Rx, as well as leading the charge to integrate with the Advocacy model. This role is also accountable for defining and executing the next iteration of our care management solution sets, for which market and competitive research is currently underway and will inform our 2022+ road maps. The Sr Product Director is also responsible for working across the enterprise, including but not limited to Optum, UCS and UHC Community & State to determine and deliver on strategy to bring consistency where possible across our UHC-wide programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • ""
  • 10+ years of experience in a large, complex and successful organization that has insurance products
  • ""
  • 8+ years of progressive management experience
  • ""
  • Experienceencompassing program development, General Management, Marketing and/or Product Management, along with high-level interface with external business vendors and partners
  • ""
  • Solid strategic focus, analytical, internal control and project-management skills
  • ""
  • Experience assessing problems and implementing solutions based on sound marketing, operational and financial principles
  • ""
  • Experience managing and influencing effectively in a large, matrixed environment

  • Experience with in-depth, hands-on experience developing and implementing strategies that achieved profitable growth
