**ROLE SUMMARY**



This role will help lead tactical execution of HCP programs for US Hemophilia. Pfizer has been a market leader in hemophilia for over 20 years, with involvement in the community that goes well beyond providing products. As this highly competitive market experiences significant innovation, manufacturer presence in and engagement with the HCP community remains critical. This role will play a pivotal role in transforming the ways in which Pfizer engages Hemophilia HCPs in facilitating the implication of Bold Move 3.3.



As Pfizer looks to bridge its established Hem product legacy (BeneFIX and XYNTHA) to a robust pipeline with 2 gene therapies and another novel non-factor asset in late-stage development, managing continued perceptions of commitment to the community is paramount. Over the past year, Pfizer received expanded indications of both marketed factor products, which enabled a reengagement with the HCP community as a leader in product innovation with new data and required new go-to-market strategies and tactics to maximize these opportunities. As these launches occurred in a virtual setting, there is still a need to redouble the efforts to maximize these new indications especially BeneFIX OW. This role will also support gene therapy launch readiness preparation.



**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**



This position will support the hemophilia marketing team in executing franchise branded and non-branded strategies, engagements, and tactics. The role requires strong marketing execution, communication, and decision-making skills, change agility, and a proven track record of success working in a team-based environment with multiple marketing, sales, medical, and other cross-functional partners.



Develop and lead implementation of HCP franchise marketing tactics and initiatives



+ Lead the development and execution of all personal and non personal HCP marketing tactics, including digital and print sales aids, ads, websites, leave behinds, reprints, RTLs/RTEs and more;

+ Assess effectiveness of current marketing programs and optimize mix to increase impact

+ Manage communication and evolution of the branded and non-branded HCP campaigns, including cross-stakeholder training

+ Devise and execute coordinated customer engagement plan addressing diverse content development needs delivered across an integrated network of digital, remote, and in-person selling

+ Serve as the primary Marketing liaison from the hemophilia team to the Hemophilia Sales (HSM) team, creative lead for the HSM content, and lead for training and POA meetings

+ Collaborate in execution of market development and strategic initiatives to support Hemophilia gene therapy launches

+ Responsible for TrialRx program

+ Partner with PR for any communication initiatives



**QUALIFICATIONS**



+ BS Degree Required, MBA or other advanced degree highly desirable

+ 7 or more years of experience in marketing or related marketing area (or 5 with advanced degree)

+ Demonstrated success executing complex marketing programs especially MCM experience

+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively with varied internal stakeholders to improve business performance

+ Demonstrated track record of achievement and of influencing business outcomes across diverse functional boundaries

+ Demonstrated ability to manage advertising and other agencies to produce communications that impact business performance

+ Solid business acumen and organizational skills with excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management.

+ Strong analytical skills; detail and action oriented; creative.

+ Experience with positioning and branding is not necessary but would be desirable

+ Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively both one-on-one and in groups.

+ Self-motivated and a team player.

+ Demonstrated analytical skills.

+ Ability to effectively lead and influence an indirect team

+ Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver results on multiple, complex, competing projects in a deadline-oriented environment

+ Ability to effectively lead a collaborative team environment.

+ Must be driven by success.

+ Experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing

+ Must be able to organize multiple projects over time

+ Strong Presentation skills: Experience with presentations to large group using a variety of media

+ Agency or vendor management experience required

+ Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
