Auto req ID: 235951BR Job Description Position locations are Purchase, NY, or Plano, TX only Holistic Cost Management (HCM) is a strategic priority to fuel PepsiCos ambitious growth aspirations. We are driving savings through HCM to reinvest to win in the marketplace by following some key guiding principles (thinking holistically, externally focused to win, ingrained in the culture to drive adoption). Starting 2020 and for coming years, we will drive our HCM program on three tracks: Build Cost Management Center of Excellence to assemble intimate knowledge of cost base, provide visibility, share learnings, and best practices; and guide and enable HCM efforts Drive robust portfolio of cost capabilities Ingrain HCM as part of our culture through reinforcing operating model, communication, tracking The Sr. Manager, Transformation - HCM Cost CoE will be integral in building HCM as a strategic capability for Pepsico. This role will be a core part of a small central team and work closely with GMs, CFOs, functional experts across each of the top 25 markets within Pepsico. This role will drive the development of intimate knowledge of our cost structure and profit drivers; Conduct deep-dive reviews of cost structure and operating model for key markets; Incorporate relevant external perspective through benchmarks; collaborate with markets to conduct diagnostics / identify and prioritize opportunities to expand profitability and drive performance; define a roadmap to transform operating model and reset cost structure in key markets. Key Accountabilities include: Provide thought partnership to business partners and Senior Executives on a broad range of business-critical topics Build intimate knowledge of cost base, operating models, profit drivers to provide visibility and enable management of holistic cost base Independently lead analytical workstreams identify and deconstruct business issues, and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analyses and solve critical business issues Develop external perspective through relevant and actionable benchmarks Conduct analysis to identify material cost opportunities for markets through diagnostic Challenge status quo to build a vision of target cost structure for key markets and glide path with a robust action plan Collaborate with Corporate Strategy, FP&A, Data & Analytics teams to codify process and analytical tools in order to replicate and scale in additional markets Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree required Minimum 4-5 years experience; Mix of finance, planning, strategy and transformation roles Strategic mindset with an ability to think broadly, refine questions, and develop analytical frameworks Highly analytical thinker with sound business judgment and strong technical skills to process large quantities of data Ability to engage with mid and senior stakeholders within the organization and across multiple functions This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States #LI-USA Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
