This position works closely with the HR Leadership Team (and other Senior Leaders), HR Functional and IT Business Partners and customers of HR systems.\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EMAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E15% Monitor and guide work activity for team. Oversee the coordination, organization and appropriate distribution of work. \u003Cbr /\u003E 30% Recruit, select, orient, train, guide and develop resources; Manage and monitor team performance against SLAs and performance goals. \u003Cbr /\u003E 30% Utilize standard project development methodologies to facilitate delivery of HR System solutions. Manage complex projects from inception to completion, including change management, end user training and support. Provide Subject Matter Expertise and support to HR and other groups as needed. \u003Cbr /\u003E 25% Lead the establishment and maintenance of internal Standard Operating Processes for areas of responsibility. Establish and maintain methods and practices to facilitate communication and integration across key relationships to accomplish goals.\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ENATURE AND SCOPE\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003ETypically reports to Director HR Services \u003Cbr /\u003E Accountable for direct supervision of the work activities of others. In addition to personnel issues -- including selection, termination, performance appraisal and professional development of subordinates.\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EEnvironment: \u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003ELocated in a comfortable indoor area.
