As Sr. Manager, Global Talent Management you will be responsible for developing, coordinating and executing initiatives related to PepsiCos Performance Management Process for PepsiCos professional and leadership population globally. The role is integral to the success of the Global Talent Management COE and is responsible for two key areas: (a) providing expertise, thought leadership and global process management regarding the design, development, and deployment of employee-facing performance and development processes and related tools; and (b) developing PepsiCos point of view for broad-based employee performance and development including systems, resources, capability building, and cultural reinforcement. To the degree to which the incumbent has experience in delivering employee feedback and 360 assessments, the role will also take on senior clients as part of PepsiCos award-winning LeAD program.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the full cycle of the Performance Management and Career & Development Conversation processes, from objective setting through annual reviews.
- Identifying and gaining alignment on new ways of working in order to enhance and simplify these processes.
- Working with sector and cross-functional partners to deliver global communications and tools that drive employee and manager accountability around yearly processes.
- Building capability across the organization through the development and deployment of trainings, tools, and resources targeted to managers, employees, and HR stakeholders.
- Leading analyses of internal and external data and literature to inform future direction.
- Provides performance management subject matter expertise to HR Operations to guide system requirements and continuous improvement. Leads the implementation of technical requirements in various tools (like the employee profile or yearly performance review forms) based on the organizations needs.
- Provides developmental feedback to internal executives by interpreting 360, Hogan, and other key inputs and data as part of our LeAD program.

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications / Requirements :
- Masters or PhD degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field.
- 6+ years of applied experience in areas like program management, performance management, competency modeling, multi rater feedback, statistical analysis using SPSS preferred.
- Project management experience on large-scale projects with tight deadlines, global experience preferred.
- Experience with psychological and multi-source feedback tools preferred (e.g., Personality, 360-degree, Upward Feedback)
- Adept at creating internal partnerships and developing strategies and tools that fit complex culture and business needs.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities; comfortable with ambiguity.
- Skilled with MS Office and statistical software packages (e.g., SPSS, Excel).
- High level of written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of instructional design concepts and best practices for professional development.
- Proactive problem solving using data analysis to inform decision making.
