Main Purpose: PepsiCo is embarking on a significant initiative of digitalization and standardization of the FP&A solution across all its markets in alignment with the Planning 2025 vision to make the finance organization more Capable, more Agile, and more Efficient. The MOSAIC program is a key enabler of that vision. It is the FP&A solution of the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT) that, for the first time, aims to integrate vertical planning for Operating Units (OUs) or markets, and horizontal planning for functions (e.g., Global Procurement, Compensation and Benefits, etc.) that have accountability across markets. The program aims to harmonize data, planning processes and ways of working across PepsiCo market. The Sales Finance MOSAIC Solution Lead is responsible for the delivery of high-quality solutions for the Mosaic North America program specific to management of the financial planning for sales finance (Top Line volume and net revenue actual analysis and planning). This is integrating sales domain performance analysis (Channel, Brand, Go to market, Customer, SKU), sales forecast (volume and net revenue), integration with other solution to manage the integrated business planning (demand forecasting solution and trade management planning) for the full North America sector (Beverages and Food in USA and Canada). The solution is as well considering reporting capability to report sales performance. The overall solution should be managed closely with the various business teams (product owners and market teams as well as SAP ERP project teams) and the Business leads of the projects. The role will interact directly on the design/development and maintenance of the solution and will have to work closely with the various detail design & development teams. This role will require a strong background in financial planning and order to cash processes (order, invoicing, financial reporting), data quality / data flow and development. A background in project management and stakeholder management skills will be required. Scope Measures: This position will have to interact with business leaders (Director+) and multiple developers working on various platforms (SAP, Azure development environment and Planning analytics). Accountabilities: The candidate needs to have a high degree of initiative to work independently and get things done in a complex matrix organization. Lead the build and the deployment of the Financial Planning solution for the top line area for North America Maintain Road map of the area aligned with stakeholders (including data lake and planning analytics) Ensure consistency of the solution end to end including interaction with external solution like Business Planning (Supply/Demand) and Trade Planning. Ensure coherence of the various elements and demands of the area (with the other domain as well like COGS and Opex) Lead or validate the design of the solutions of the area Manage interaction between teams to align requirements, define and design solution. Validate work done by the delivery team Promote the adoption of the solution toward the user community (around 1,000 users across North America) Communicates in a manner that is understandable to recipient both inside and outside of the teamKey Challenges: Managing program deliverables across various technologies (Finance Data Lake, Planning Analytics) and understanding how FP&A solution change impacts align to Business solutions Agility in a complex matrix environment COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role. Qualifications/Requirements University education (BS /BA level) or higher required. Minimum of 10+ years of Information Technology or business experience Strong understanding of the financial planning process, revenue management principals and sales finance forecasting in North America FMCG company Knowledge of the FMCG North America trade organization is required Good Experience of Stakeholder management in IT Solid Knowledge of order to cash (and TPM) processes in SAP including pricing Strong development background with minimum 5 years experience in leading development teams (offshore mainly) on business solutions projects with process flow, data flow and integration as a critical component Agile methodology experience Self-motivation and ability to stay focused Ability to drive complex business discussion to design the best solution. Knowledge of FMCG and FP&A related data objects Ability to search for new solutions to meet challenges together with the team. Good communication skills Ability to leverage relationships to understand, document and communicate processes and change implications Achieved Ability to handle complexity and to execute with excellence under pressure.
