What You'll Do :

You will be responsible for continuing the transformation of the Cisco Customer Success (CS) organization into a world class, customer focused, adoption and growth resource supporting Cisco's global community of end customers and distribution partners for our WebEx offerings.

You will serve as a cross-functional program manager & strategy/planning resource. You will be a vital contributor to thought leadership for the CS organization including defining industry leading customer success strategies for Cisco's growing portfolio of cloud based Collaboration services.

You will work with a team covering an extensive customer base and serve as a key business partner within the leadership team and to other key stakeholders including sales, marketing/digital experience & enablement, technical adoption and our partner community.

Demonstrated success working closely with engineering, sales, technical support and marketing organizations to provide the optimal customer experience.

Demonstrated track record driving success through a customer success or sales organization, customer satisfaction throughout lifecycle, product adoption, business growth, and customer retention.

Detailed understanding of the collaboration ecosystem, with strengths in mobile, voice, video and cross-functional collaboration.

Desire to continually drive faster "time to value" and improve overall customer experience

Digital native with true love for all things mobile, and a social person by nature

Naturally geared toward driving results while nurturing a fun-filled work environment where the extraordinary is encouraged, reached and exceeded

Eager to work cross functionally to make decisions about complex problems associated with Customer Success across multiple products, and global markets

Maintains a comprehensive understanding of collab product capabilities, ROI and marketplace needs

Results:

Passion for delivering business results, and optimizing performance based on analysis and key performance indicators.

Ability to easily transition from technical details to strategic planning.

An individual with strong blend of analytical decision-making and creative problem solving skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

15+ years of progressive business leadership responsibility in the areas of sales, collaboration customer success & SaaS applications.

Track record of success in building and managing the transformation of a global organization, engaging with customers and partners, and driving a forward looking fully integrated road-map for the customer success function across all aspects of the business

Exceptional communicator with superior interpersonal skills and comfortable speaking at trade shows and other customer-facing events.
