To enable our transformation weve created a new strategic role that will enable our long-term growth. The Strategic Planning and Chief of Staff role is responsible for: Lead the Long-term Strategy for the global capability COE driving AOP within Insights and Commercialization Manage integration with insights global capabilities & tools Drive adoption of CR tools, practices within PEP and drive the growth of the capability with internal stakeholders (Insights, Marketing, R&D, E-commerce) Develop a strategic roadmap of intersections of our practices with others - D&A, E-Comm, DX, etc. Accountabilities: Lead the strategic budgeting process to coordinate projected spend and help balance trade-offs Manage cross-functional relationships that enable Consumer Relations Understand the competitive landscape for CR capabilities and enable benchmarking Define and publish a quarterly scorecard to track progress evolution Serves as Chief of Staff for the Consumer Relations COE Lead. Partner with CR COE Lead and LT to determine and prioritize business strategies and key projects, initiatives, and related processes. Oversee the collection, synthesis, and communication of relevant information that informs Consumer Relations Strategies Plan, coordinate, and keep content to ensure focused meeting cadences and outcomes. Partners closely with other functions to ensure clarity and seamless ways of working between Insights / CR and other functions. Maximizes opportunities to highlight best practices and shared learnings across Consumer Relations to ensure were operating as one team. Ensures processes are in place to support integrated planning, operations, and process execution. Develops and delivers executive-level presentations covering strategic initiatives, organizational updates, and other critical information. Manage frequent connections with matrixed stakeholders CRLT across Sector & COE Qualifications/Requirements 10+ years of experience at a CPG company in market research, insights, marketing, communications, or consumer relations role BA or BS required. Strategy, Insights, Marketing or Consumer Relations experience is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage projects in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders Communication Demonstrated skills with written communication especially in PowerPoint and email Strong verbal communication Ability to manage large disparate group sessions Organizational Savvy Able to influence and work through others to effectively navigate the organization Global savvy to work across cultures and time zones Skillset to work across functions and with both internal and external partners Project Management Proven experience developing and leading teams to achieve objectives on time Leadership Demonstrated ability to lead projects and overcome challenges Ability to influence colleagues in their ways of working Executive presence including calmness under fire and ability to manage conflicting information and deliver results through challenging relationships across markets and levels Has foresight and business acumen to initiate new project opportunities Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
