Role Responsibilities:



+ Maintain roadmap and annual calendar of activities across Digital Foundations

+ Manage tracking and reporting of 60+ program participants throughout the talent pipeline

+ Manage development of all Rotational Associates within the 2-year lifecycle, including cross-line assignment process and final placement in partnership with HR & DLT

+ Recruit and Place 18-25 Rotational Colleagues every year

+ Oversee all monthly events, program curriculum and senior leader connections to enable rapid development of all program participants

+ Maintain playbooks and simplify processes as needed

+ Plan and facilitate meetings to ensure alignment across Digital Foundations Programs

+ Work with Pfizer Digital Hub Leaders to implement and manage rotational programs

+ Work with other Pfizer verticals to build a cross-Pfizer talent recruitment/retention plan

+ Represent Pfizer Digital on D&I Events



**Basic Qualifications**



+ Bachelor's Degree

+ 7+ years of experience working with a large, cross functional organization with an increasing scope of responsibility

+ Demonstrated verbal/written communication skills, able to Influence leadership at multiple levels

+ Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and timelines with strong attention to detail

+ Skilled in relationship management and possess strong collaboration skills

+ Demonstrated experience giving executive presentations

+ Prior financial management experience

+ Prior experience organizing large and small events

+ Role model of Pfizer's values and behaviors



**Preferred Qualifications**



+ Prior experience establishing recruitment and retention strategies at the university level

+ Prior experience hiring and building a team



**NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS**

Travel Required 25-30% to Universities, Career Fairs and Talent Development Seminars
