The significant growth of Xandr and its market leading audience / addressable TV and video advertising business drives continued growth opportunities for the right individuals. As part of the Xandr Business Development team the successful candidate will develop, issue and manage Requests For Information/Requests For Proposals for a variety of products, services and information with prospective vendors; compare potential vendors, lead the negotiation of vendor contracts, manage contract documentation and execution; and, manage the life-cycle of vendor contracts, relationships and the vendor ecosystem of required advertising targeting, attribution, and measurement data services and advertising technology providers.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have both in depth knowledge of the ad tech targeting, attribution, and measurement providers and be an expert in negotiating and contracting with these vendors for a growing variety of advertising delivery mediums and technology including digital, addressable TV, and data driven linear media sales.
This position has full accountability for leading and completing such contracts in support of Xandr from identification of potential partners/vendors, to initial screening/vetting and then contract negotiation, documentation and onboarding, stakeholder management and, on-going vendor relationship management, contractual compliance and service level enforcement.
Responsibilities of the position include...
* Supports and drives cross-functional collaboration and regarding legal and business inspection and approvals of various data and ad technology vendors/partners.
* Develops, manages and drives to conclusion the comprehensive negotiation of contract terms.
* Management of the contractual vendor relationship with Xandr and collaborates with the cross functional client team on day-to-day vendor performance.
* Independent leadership in client and vendor relationship development and management.
* Excellent communications and presentation skills to all levels of management.
This is a highly complex area requiring a minimum of 5 - 7 years of direct contract negotiation, vendor management and ad technology/advertising experience in both addressable TV and digital video.
