This position is responsible for enabling learning and growth of firm capabilities through experience, alignment, accountability and execution and provides thought leadership, strategic direction, and continuous improvement for learning programs, processes, tools, and solutions that positively impact the development of key skills across the firm.
* Anticipate firm learning needs and define and guide implementation of key learning resources, processes, programs, tools and solutions to support key firm learning strategies
* Proactively partner with leaders, associates, cross functional teams and/or other learning teams to define and prioritize key strategies while ensuring development resources, processes, programs, tools and solutions are optimized to support key firm learning strategies
* Define learning strategies that positively influence key performance indicators through project leadership, program ownership, analysis, after action reviews, evaluation/measurement, processes, tools and technology
* Collaborate and help create strategic learning plans with the learning communities to enable firm-wide capability building focused on large scale firm initiatives resulting in improved on the job performance
* Design, deploy and manage leadership and colleague development programs and experiences to better enable the firm's culture of compliance, including Ethics
* Manage action learning projects and serve as a liaison to the Culture of Compliance Leader and Culture of Compliance BOA Program
* Apply broad business perspective and learning expertise to uncover firm wide learning needs
* Design, develop and deploy high impact learning programs, processes, tools or solutions prioritized by the department or division
* Utilize expert knowledge of adult learning principles, processes, techniques and measures to recommend, implement and support ways to continuously improve and optimize learning solutions
* Assist in defining and executing strategy of current state learning solutions to ensure alignment with business needs; determine opportunities to increase effectiveness or efficiencies for high impact learning solutions
* Build strong trusted networks and partnerships for positive impact

*What you'll need...*

* Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
* Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a learning related role (i.e. instructional training design, development, learning operations, learning measurement, consulting, facilitation, vendor management)
* 5+ years of experience in influencing key stakeholder (or consulting) to enable learning initiatives and projects affecting large audiences with positive outcomes
* Ability to define strategy, implement action plans, recommend and implement continuous improvement, develop and monitor expense, manage and implement projects, and manage external resources
* Ability to lead and manage multiple mid/long term projects concurrently
* Ability to apply adult learning principals to initiatives involving learning programs and or processes
* Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and communication skills
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast paced business environment
* Ability to work successfully with ambiguity
* Strong project management, project planning, time management and coaching skills
