This role will support a\u0026nbsp;team focused on the people side of change for changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organizational structure as applicable. The primary focus will be creating and implementing change management plans that minimize associate resistance and maximize associate engagement for an enterprise HR systems initiative.\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003EMAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E - Ensures project priorities parallel business priorities \u003Cbr /\u003E - Works with the HR business liaison to document the business case for new requests to support system/process request for use in the prioritization process \u003Cbr /\u003E - Defines and documents business activities for the overall system implementation project plan \u003Cbr /\u003E - Manages the business component of the overall system implementation project plan \u003Cbr /\u003E - Facilitates business requirements definition and functional specifications meetings ensuring that the end solution meets the business requirements \u003Cbr /\u003E - Defines and maps HR processes \u003Cbr /\u003E - Develops functional requirements to meet business objectives \u003Cbr /\u003E - Partners with IT to ensure understanding and translation into technical requirements \u003Cbr /\u003E - Ensures that all system and process impacts are identified and transitioned to change management, training and knowledgebase teams in a timely manner \u003Cbr /\u003E - Implements services changes including leading the testing and deployment of systems and services and the transition of staff and services \u003Cbr /\u003E - Ability to take an issue, then plan and deliver a solution using own initiative, with little guidance \u003Cbr /\u003E - Ability to quickly identify project risks and mitigate accordingly\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003ENATURE AND SCOPE\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E Reports to Manger, Service Design\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003EENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003EEnvironment: \u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E Located in a comfortable indoor area.
