AT&T has an opening for a Sr Gov Contractor Security Lead/FSO to support the National Security Sector. Responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the corporate and government security policies, procedures and programs across the contract. Maintains liaison with outside agencies and keeps upper management and the government informed of all security activities. Recommends procedures for visitor control, employee identification and safeguarding of company facilities, equipment, materials, and employee property. Candidate will use knowledge and thorough understanding of ICD-705 to implement and manage Physical Security Controls


Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:


+ Must possess a thorough understanding of all Public Laws, Executive Orders, directives, regulations, and policies associated with Intelligence Community (IC) Security requirements. This includes working knowledge of both Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), as well as the Security Executive Agent Directives (SEADs) used by the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) as a means of disseminating national security policy and requirements relative to gaining and maintaining access to TOP SECRET/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) materials and spaces.

+ Responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the corporate and government security policies, procedures and programs across the contract.

+ Maintains liaison with outside agencies and keeps upper management and the government informed of all security activities.

+ Knowledge of classified system support required along with an ability to support all aspects of DCSA and IC accredited classified systems.

+ Responsible lead on technical and physical security requirements at site. Responsible for maintaining locks, alarms, badges, phone, and access control system. Candidate will use knowledge and thorough understanding of ICD-705 to implement and manage Physical Security Controls.

+ Responsible for visitor control, employee identification and safeguarding of company facilities, equipment, materials, and employee property.

+ Responsible for developing/executing physical/procedural security plans/programs.

+ Provide personnel security support (to include acquisition and maintenance of clearances at varying levels) to work forces

+ Partner with program management and on-site security colleagues to identify and resolve potential risks to sensitive program and customer operations; maintaining and expanding relationships with customer security authorities to facilitate security issues important to AT&T business.


Required Clearance: TS/SCI Candidate must acquire and maintain eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). As part of the processing required for SCI eligibility, the candidate must successfully complete a polygraph examination. (#ts.sci) (#polygraph)


Required Qualifications: Candidate must have 10 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education. This equates to a Doctorate and 3 years of experience OR Masters and 4 years, Bachelors and 6 years, Associates and 8 years or HS and 10 years. Must comply with DoD 8570 IAT Level 2.


Desired Qualifications: Successful FSO training through the DCSE or comparable USG personnel/physical security professional training is required. CISSP certification and ability to work with Government sponsors on system requirements.
