RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead alignment to ADP's Global Job Architecture framework, including job descriptions and competitive TDC design.
• Complete market pricing of jobs as needed, including executive roles.
• Partner with the sales compensation team impactful analytics and compensation initiatives.
• Within the US, complete FLSA assessments to ensure continued compliance.
• Provide compensation consulting & support to HR Business Partner and Leaders on a global basis.
• Perform compensation analysis, develop compensation recommendations and present to stakeholders in a way that supports both ADP's vision/mission and our Global Total Rewards philosophy.
• Key driver and partner with our focal point review year-end process, including comprehensive analytics and budget management. Consult with leaders on final compensation recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor Degree
• CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) preferred, or working towards your certification
• Minimum of 5+ years experience in compensation, may include background in HR or related field
• Proven success in Market Pricing and knowledge of Global Job Architecture strategy
• Skills/Competencies:
• Mastery in Excel and strong PowerPoint skills;
• Previous client facing experience, especially with executives.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to build strong working relationships
• Ability to be influential with impactful presentation skills
• Sharp business acumen to successful consult with the business
• Energetic, intellectually curious
