ADP employs several thousand developers in service of hundreds of products and components. The Kloud9 team has been tasked with developing enterprise wide solutions for the consumption of Hybrid Cloud services that will better scale development, increase consistency, increase agility, and improve customer satisfaction. The Kloud9 team will work across ADP development teams treating them as our customer.

Kloud9 is successful when ADP development teams and R&D product teams are successful. The Kloud9 platform includes tools that provide self-service consumption of public and private cloud managed services with a layer of compliance, governance and guard rails. One of the big deliverables of the team is a Kloud9 portal (Developer portal) that will serve as the first-pane-of-glass for ADP developers to aid in their day-to-day functions, find available capabilities, build new capabilities using the Kloud9 framework and platform, inner-source their own work, and provide access and documentation to the applications needed to most efficiently develop within ADP.

The Senior Product Manager/Owner's role is a unique opportunity to be a key player in ADP's Global Technology transformation. You will be responsible for developing vision, strategy and roadmap for the Kloud9 platform including Developer (Kloud9) Portal, balancing enterprise needs and BU requirements. Interface between the Various branches of the Developer experience program, front-line users and senior stakeholders to communicate strategy, gather feedback, and build alignment across ADP. A successful transformation will be impacting the agility and productivity over 6,000 developers globally.



Develop vision, strategy and roadmap for Kloud9 platform, balancing enterprise needs and BU requirements. Interface between the Kloud9 team, front-line users and senior stakeholders to communicate strategy, roadmap, gather feedback, and build alignment across ADP. Drive day-to-day development and delivery of Kloud9 platform and services in collaboration with technical architect and team members. Facilitate and contribute to discussions on the full hybrid cloud stack, including developing perspectives and recommendations on specific technologies and tools

Drive overall Product strategy:

  • Own the end-to-end Kloud9 platform strategy from OKRs definition to new service design and value capture
  • Co-create Kloud9 roadmap with BU leaders; pulling in expertise on architecture, platforms, and security
  • Build, maintain, and prioritize backlog of product features, i.e., create/manage features, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Build and communicate a roadmap by working with various stakeholders (Kloud9, GIE, R&D, Dev Experience teams)
  • Effectively engage R&D teams and stakeholders on product roadmap and adoption
  • Set ambitious, clear product vision and communicate the story effectively to senior stakeholders
  • Proactively align BU leaders, technical stakeholders and R&D teams on product roadmap


  • Business and Domain Knowledge:
  • Public/Private cloud domain expertise, including technology trends and familiarity with cloud and traditional infrastructure (e.g., Compute, Storage, Network, containers, CICD, infra-as-code, etc.)
  • Experience in effectively driving business outcomes (e.g., value delivery, value assurance)
  • Extensive experience in leadership roles in agile settings (e.g., building and managing product backlogs)
  • Proven track record of effectively collaborating with high performing enterprise oriented teams

  • Able to clearly articulate complex ideas and craft compelling stories to effectively engage stakeholders across levels of seniority
  • Able to make hard and fast decisions on a daily basis and lead the team to push the solution and make progress
  • Able to build relationships with and influence a diverse group of stakeholders
