Auto req ID: 280655BR Job Description As the Corp & GG&F transformation accelerates in conjunction with the evolving GBS HR journey, the demands of the functions and the HR community are increasingly requiring higher touch, more focused continuous improvement, and truly global operating model thinking and support levels. This functional evolution is running concurrently with the wholesale optimization of our HR systems, processes and technology and extends in a variety of areas across our service delivery and technology portfolio across our employee experience priorities, GBS service delivery models, optimization of administrative and HR Coordinator activities and HR COE priorities. GG&F are becoming increasingly complex and large post COVID with talent being located across multiple countries. This poses a significant challenge on providing consistent services to our client groups in partnership with hubs and local teams. The priority of this role will be to define and implement a framework for end to end employee life cycle for GG&F employees across all the markets that enables intuitive wiring, experiential flow and process flows for our employees and HR teams. This role will act as a single operational point of contact for GG&F HR Leadership team and will be a key partner in driving the transformation agenda for the group. These priorities and the expansion of our remit have come with additional program and service delivery work scope, the ongoing expansion of HR Ops teams across the GBS Hubs and HR Ops NA based in the US, a series of new technology requirements, and a deeper need for connectivity with HR stakeholders. The HR Operations GG&F agenda for is summarized in the following focus areas: Digital Employee Experience (ESS/MSS, Expanded Access to HR Services) designing and implementing Employee/Manager-Self Service forms to manage high volume HR transactional services Establishing Tier 0 HR knowledge library via ServiceNow for Corp/GGF Accelerating the knowledge asset development and functional acumen build in GHRO for Corp/GGF Stabilization of GBS Service Delivery Portfolio & Rapid Evolution of Performance Standards, Corp/GGF-specific Capabilities, and GBS Operating Model Awareness for the HR Community Design and Execution of the Future Fit HR Coordinator Model Establish Fix & Map Capability for Go-Forward GBS Migrations & Support GBS Reimagine 2.0 Migration Planning (pre-requisite process optimization work in advance of any future GBS HR migration) Digitalization Big Bets supporting ServiceNow for Employee Relations, ServiceNow for Employee Document Management, ServiceNow for HR User Knowledge Management, ServiceNow Safe Workplace for COVID administration, Digital Factory/Digitalization Priorities (i.e. Position Creation Automation) E2E mapping of hiring process with global orchestration element and clear escalation mapping by process segment and regional area Leading the transformation initiatives to enable S&T, International Beverages, Sustainability and other functions COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role. Please note that all such company vaccine requirements provide the opportunity to request an approved accommodation or exemption under applicable law Accountailities: Overall owner of our HR Ops GG&F stakeholder responsibilities across HR community Connector between HR Transformation and GBS Transformation priorities within the respective Sector Delivering service delivery continuous improvement priorities Primary GHRO Sector face of GBS HR services portfolio and service delivery teams to GG&F including managing ongoing HR education on processes, GBS HR team Sector-specific capability building, escalation and incident management, ongoing GBS performance improvement in areas of specific need in Sector, and E2E process improvement across HR community, GHRO, Alight, and GBS Overseeing future fit field HR Coordinator role design and ongoing structural evolution of HRC community and ongoing skills assessment and building across the markets Facilitate strategic business dialogue on GG&F-specific ServiceNow solutions to support Workforce Management and HR transformation priorities (SNOW GG&F-specific self-service forms, SNOW Employee Document Management, SNOW Employee Relations enabling features) Support GHRO automation priorities ensuring a Corp/GGF-specific user-centric representation and testing Represent business end user personas in providing feedback, design input, testing challenges in digital solution development cycles and launches with emphasis on ServiceNow ESS/MSS features and forms Guiding the development of the GG&F HR knowledge library including authorship and curation of key knowledge assets in MyPepsiCo and ServiceNow to address highest priority employee queries Guiding the design and evolution of ServiceNow portal design, usability, and basic navigation with an end user perspective in mind through the lens of device & application realities across user groups Understanding employee ways of working, HR support models by role & geographic location and developing customized coaching and reference guide materials for HR end users; ensuring adoption of HR tools, service delivery model and best practice principles for HRAs, HRCs and HRBPs on behalf of employees in the uses of self-service solutions Overseeing the development of truly global service delivery mechanism where necessary (i.e. multi-location role handling, international transfer optimization) Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors degree in related field 7-10 years of UX design and build of Shared Services / HR employee-facing applications Design and implementation experiences relevant to complex multinational workforce management systems and processes Experience leading a professional services organization or large team Depth of HR process and operational expertise HR Transformation experience with emphasis on HR Operations build and evolve experiences Demonstrated experience delivering intuitive features and functionalities to create quality enhancements and efficiencies in end user application usage, search Experience with automation of data, process, approval flows to ease user experience of complex processes Exposure to Agile ways of working, sprint cycle development and demo, MVP product development and launch and iterative solution developmentDifferentiating Competencies: Depth of Understanding of employee experience across multiple geographies and job families Experience supporting Corporate and Global Functions HR policy, process, operational delivery models and tools in a complex multinational matrix Demonstrated ability to manage complex portfolio and excel in operations people leadership role with emphasis on development of HR operations talent Depth of experience with HR-owned enterprise technology Depth of experience with critical HR and GBS core enterprise solutions to be able to evaluate problem statements and market relevant solutions Depth of scaled transformation and change experience within a complex multinational matrix organization Experience in Global environment/Matrix organizations with demonstrated ability to build and maintain vast networks of collaborators cross levels, functions, etc. to solve problems and drive change Program Management experience within the People Experience arena Early adopter of new technologies and inclined to self-service in personal life Highly imaginative design of services and experiences leveraging multiple, connected cloud solutions in innovative ways Intensely self-motivated and energized by a dynamic environment and ever-changing remit and role Natural challenger of the status quo and motivated by continuous positive change Must possess strong people management skills and have the ability to perform in an environment of ambiguity and make decisions within short timeframes Relocation Eligible: Eligible for Standard Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
