The Sr. Director of Data and Analytics is a senior-level role responsible for leading a team of software engineers and data scientists. Responsible for designing, building, and operating a comprehensive data platform to collect data, analyze data, and derive consumable insights that improve end-user experience and drive ADP's competitive edge. Responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining talent and ensuring the engineering staff has the skills and capabilities to meet business needs.
This is an opportunity to help ADP build a next-generation workforce management platform. The platform leverages data and insights to help our customers automate their routine processes for better business outcomes. You will have the opportunity to assemble a talented team and build a state-of-the-art technology platform from the ground up.
