ADP is hiring a Sr. Director Client Services & Carrier Connections with responsibility for developing and executing against ADP Major Account's Benefit Carrier partnership strategy while also ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of service to Workforce Now Benefits clients with Carrier integrations.
Establishes and executes clearly defined department and individual goals and objectives and communicates to associates through department meetings and effective performance planning. Designs and implements new methodologies and/or processes in an effort to improve client experiences and to increase the productivity and efficiency within the organization. Participates in the decision making process with the management team to ensure the highest level of performance and contribution.
Manages all escalated human resources issues for their teams. Provides continual communication and coordination of functional activities with other departments to ensure effective client support. Provides department reports and operational status updates to upper management and participates in the decision making process as required. Some travel may be required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following;
*Must have proven Benefits Carrier experience with a preference in building and executing a strategic vision for Benefit Administration Tools & Technologies
* Works with the Benefits General Manager to create, define, and communicate goals, establish budgets, formulate compensation programs, and implement new procedures. Is accountable for achieving clearly defined department goals and objectives. Evaluates the department's current service center structure and participates in the decision making process to ensure efficiencies and to maximize productivity, ie. Service Level, Quality Survey, Retention, etc.
* Determines the departmental training requirements, receiving feedback and suggestions from the Managers, Mentors, Technical Support and the Training department. Ensures that timely and effective training and performance planning is provided, both formal and on-the-job, to enhance the skill base of the team and overall department. Encourages, recognizes and rewards ongoing associate development. Responsible for department hires and terminations as required.
* Proactively manages staff hiring and development to move within the organization. Prepares associates for growth opportunities and acts as a mentor to Managers, Mentors, Technical Support, and Associates. Provides guidance, coaching and assistance as needed to ensure their development and professional growth.
* Provides continual inter and intra departmental communications to enhance the Service Center's effectiveness in dealing with critical client issues. Participates on task force teams or project teams that focus on improvements to service and client experience. Designs and executes improvements for process and procedures so that established goals are met. Closely aligns with Corporate business partners and other Service Hubs regarding business service challenges, product quality and solutions to enhance the service delivery platform.

* Bachelors Degree required
* Ability to lead, groom and manage managers
* Provide out-of-the-box ideas
* Knowledge of Benefits Technology is preferred
* Ability to Represent ADP with Executives from External Partners is required
* 5-7 years of equivalent experience in a client services environment or management or in Payroll/HR/Benefits
