**The Job**


As a Campaign Manager within the Ad Operations team, you will be a key player in the success of our digital portfolio and will oversee the activation of ad campaigns across multiple end points. This role is responsible for creative implementation, trafficking, and reporting within our digital ad systems. You will consistently monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide optimization strategies to ensure campaign success. You will partner with our Client Success, Inventory, Tech Operations, and Sales teams to protect revenue and grow existing business through flawless campaign executions that deliver on business goals while providing our advertisers with superior client service. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail and thrive within a fast-paced environment.


What will you be doing?


+ Traffic, monitor, and manage digital campaigns within Operative.One and FreeWheel and other digital system applications.

+ Work closely with internal and external clients to understand campaign objectives and strategize to execute on KPIs.

+ Ensure timely and accurate flighting of all campaign components.

+ QA creatives against specs utilizing a variety of ad tools and communicate creative issues to Client Success partners and external clients.

+ Monitor campaign pacing reports from 1st and 3rd party systems on a twice-weekly cadence. Analyze and identify impression discrepancies and/or underdeliveries.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to build optimizations plans when necessary.

+ Proactively troubleshoot and escalate issues related to delivery, functionality, and reporting that impact campaign performance.

+ Support Client Success, Inventory and Sales with answering technical questions and ad hoc reporting.

+ Collaborate with ad operations management to continue to refine and develop digital advertising best practices.

+ Contribute to ad related projects that will help drive revenue growth as well as further develop your skillset.


**You Have**


+ Minimum of two years experience in digital ad operations.

+ Proficiency in implementation of ad campaigns within an ad serving system such as FreeWheel or GAM.

+ Exceptional organization skills with an eagle eye for details.

+ Effective business communications skills.

+ Deadline-driven with an ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

+ Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

+ College degree or similar work experience, recommended.
