As a business systems analyst, you will be an integral part of the scrum team working on engineering new applications as well as enhancing and maintaining existing web applications. You will work closely with the product owner, delivery manager, technical partners, and stakeholders to ensure that the engineering team has the requirements they need to deliver value for our users. You will create and maintain the product backlogs and work with the scrum team daily to ensure they are supported in their delivery. You will lead story refinements, sprint plannings, and assist in creating documentation and communications for our users.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • ""
  • 3+ years of project delivery experience in a systems or business analyst role
  • ""
  • Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes
  • ""
  • Successful track record delivering in an evolving and fast-pace environment
  • ""
  • Experience with project management in a technology / software development organization
  • ""
  • Crafting web-based applications in Agile/SCRUM methodology
  • ""
