\u003Cdiv data-field=\u0022Position_Description\u0022 class=\u0022Summary\u0022\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPosition Purpose:\u003C/strong\u003E The Sr. Analyst \u0026ndash; Contingent Labor, for Supply Chain identifies, gathers and optimizes data, develops reports and tools for\u003Cbr /\u003E contingent labor while supporting Supply Chain initiatives. \u0026nbsp;Utilizes analytics and reporting to drive strategic labor solutions designed to solve business problems and answer customer or stakeholder needs within the Supply Chain division. Applies strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of the Supply Chain platforms to deliver ongoing results aligned with Leadership\u0026rsquo;s\u003Cbr /\u003E vision and Enterprise wide initiatives. This role is highly technical, supporting the Manager of Contingent Labor for Supply Chain, driving best practices and efficiencies for day to day operations, special projects, expansions, and implementations within the Supply Chain platforms.\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003EMajor Tasks, Responsibilities \u0026 Key Accountabilities:\u003C/strong\u003E \u003Cbr /\u003E 30% - Projects: Leads analytics, dashboard, and operational reporting solution design, including project scoping, interpretation of business needs, definition of requirements, creation of business cases, and provides input into business development deliverables Keeps abreast of changes in the organization that will require revisions. \u003Cbr /\u003E 25% - Analytics: Maintains ownership of analytics and reporting, including establishing and executing against the analytics and reporting strategy across the organization. Analyzes data from multiple data sources and infrastructure sources to identify business process optimization opportunities where technology can be utilized. \u003Cbr /\u003E 25% - Reporting: Develops and oversees the creation of all quarterly and monthly business reviews, supplier reviews for each business unit, supplier, or reporting entity. Executes and delivers analyses such as productivity analytics, performance against goals, trending, visualizations, market analytics, etc. \u003Cbr /\u003E 20% - People: Develops subject matter expertise , inclusive of Program data as well as industry data/trends. Assists in training and support for end users when needed. Supports the Manager in new business deployments (reporting implementation and modifications to existing report and data deliverables. \u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003ENature and Scope:\u003C/strong\u003E This position reports to Manager VMS Admin.
