RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proactively manage (Troubleshooting) customers network round the clock (7x24) to meet customers'

Service Level expectations

Act as Tier2 SME for Network Incident Management

Effectively communicate, both verbal and written, across multiple AT&T organizations. Work closely with

o T1.5 & T3 Teams during engagement and Network outage resolution process

o To reactively working on customer ticket and escalates to higher technical level as required

o Systematically analyze and diagnose network faults

o Suggest improvement plan as part of preventive measure per case basis

Effectively manage service providers and equipment vendors

To articulate well with customer's technical and management staff on network issues (eg. Fault reporting, notification and escalation)


REQUIREMENTS:


Qualification:

BE/B. Tech/Diploma holder with more than 8 years' relevant experience in enterprise networking and telecommunication. Relevant Experience means worked with an ISP or NSP with their NOC or Service Delivery or TAC teams.


SkillSet:


Strong Hands-on experience in managing LAN/WAN networks using Cisco /Juniper routers & Switches.

Experienced in handling Cisco SD-WAN solutions (Viptela) (minimum 1 year of work experience mandatory on vmanage, vedge / cedge , vsmart etc.)

Hands-on experience in Routing (BGP/OSPF) & Switching (VLAN/STP)

A good troubleshooting experience on Cisco Wireless (WLC, Access Points)

Strong technical knowledge of Networking Technologies such as MPLS (Service Policy, Traffic Engineering, IPv6 etc is a must)

Good understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, SNMP and VOIP.

Service Provider experience on different

Telecommunication services such as IPeFR,

Metro-Ethernet, ATM-IMA and Frame-relay.

Understanding of other SD WAN technologies like

silverpeak, Velocloud, etc. or NFV solutions like Vyatta

will be an added advantage.

Hands-on troubleshooting experience with Riverbed

Steel Head appliances will be an added advantage

Hands-on experience in managing configuration and

troubleshooting of Packetshaper related network

Incidents. Packeteer/Bluecoat.

Independent, self-driven and highly customer focused

A strong team player who seeks a long term career in

customer service

A good Observer with strong analytical skills


Certification Required:

CCNA / CCNP OR CCIP corresponding Juniper

certifications also welcome.


SD WAN certification on any stream is preferable (Cisco

Viptella, Silver-Peak, Velocloud)

Certificate in Riverbed WAN Optimization and/or Blue

Coat/Packeteer's Packet shaper administration will be an

added advantage

Candidate is required to work in rotating shifts


Shift Pattern

8-Hours Rotating 24/7 shifts ( 3 shifts Morning 06:30 to 15:30 Noon 13:30 to 22:30 & Night 21:30 to 06:30 )
