PBNA $23.27 per hour $23.27 per hour Must have or be able to obtain forklift license. Must be able to safely and efficiently run equipment in the department within the qualification period. Ability to move between machine Centers and different lines within department as needed. assist with quality checks, changeovers, cleanup, and other departmental tasks. Ensure reliable and safe operation of equipment through troubleshooting and maintenance Participate in the department TPM objectives and priorities including AM, PM, FI and OCCI as determined by the department and line teams Ensure all safety rules, procedure, policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as well as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies are followed Perform established QC checks utilizing established and future quality tools, including but not limited to fill weight, package integrity checks, case and bottle expiration and lot information checks, and any other checks that may be required to ensure product quality. Attend all production, communication and training meetings as required by the organization and/or department leadership Ability to problem solve issues proactively in between machine centers and different lines in department. Troubleshoot and investigate barriers to meeting departmental objectives and eliminate when possible, offer solutions or take an active role in recruiting the resources necessary to remove these barriers Investigate, troubleshoot and solve technical issues on the equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation Capable of completing equipment CL's and CIL's and any drumbeat activities Ability to work more than 40 hours a week and/Overtime as assigned Will involve working in a team environment, but also working independently with limited supervision This role will include analysis and problem assessment for timely and effective decision-making and problem solving The successful candidate will be able to manage time and set and execute multiple priorities and tasks. Ability to express ideas effectively in groups and in individual situations, adjust language and/or terminology to needs of diverse groups. Business level written and verbal communication skills (primarily in English). Communication abilities will be needed to ensure thorough information sharing cross functionally and with higher levels of the organization. Ability to use basic computer functions for software such as but not limited to Microsoft Office suite of programs, Outlook, SAP, and other functional PC applications. Preferred Skills: Ability to understand and comply with quality assurance and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. Ability to recognize unsafe conditions and make immediate corrective actions. Ability to operate complex machinery to achieve productions goals. Ability to execute and manage a production plan. Note: This role is currently part of the PepsiCo organization, but as a result of an announcement made on August 3, 2021, this role is planned to transfer to the new standalone Juice Joint Venture entity owned by both PAI Partners, a European Private Equity firm, and PepsiCo, contingent on final regulatory approval and closure of the related deal.
