Collaborating in areas for improvement and implement actions for continuous improvement and service excellence. Is responsible for timely and effective resolution of day to day service related case management issues.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAdministrative compliance of Partner obligations directly related to contractual agreements\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EReview of Partner operations related management reporting dashboards\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003EShould be able to formalize and structure work topics, work independently and take responsibility for the actions and deadlines under a defined business framework. \u003Cbr /\u003EKey is to reach objectives in a timely manner, by building strong relationships and trust with all parties involved.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EJob Responsibilities:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EGain Partner satisfaction in working with ADP Streamline through effective operational relationships\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBuild relationships fostering effective and efficient cooperation in support of service delivery.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAct as single point of contact with the designated senior contacts of the defined set of Partners\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure that Partner complies with their contractual operational responsibilities within agreed timelines\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003EManage the operational day to day relationship for a defined set of Partners\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECoordinate and resolve all cases (and issues) escalated through the service delivery process related to the\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPartners scope of service including service performance, quality and compliance\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECollate all issues/requests for operational matters requiring support, coming from/to designated Partners\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EParticipate in escalation calls and if necessary initiate a partner improvement plan\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EReport any potential security incident immediately and follow up on agreed remediation actions\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECreate, update and close operational partner contacts and cases in the CRM in a timely manner\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003ETo control Partner performance through the execution of regular Service reviews with Partners\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETo review, monitor and report quality, compliance and performance (KPI\u0027s)\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETo track business activities, support business forecasts \u0026 special events (e.g. EOY/ public holidays etc.)\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETo suggest ideas and action plans to improve the operational efficiency, performance and KPI\u0027s\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETo periodically reassess the Partners adherence to provision of service in line with 11 Pillars\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETo keep track of the main actions with partners and closure in a timely manner\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003EBusiness allocation of new clients to set of designated partners\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAllocate new clients (LOF) to the designated partners according the pre-defined business allocation rules\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPre-allocation of prospect clients coming as pre-sales requests from the Service Alignment team\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EGive input to Exec. Relations about operational performance for the creation of business allocation rules\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEvaluate over threshold analysis for prospect clients and send final analysis to Executive Relations\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003ESupporting other functions as the key contact person for a designated set of partners\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESupport the Service Alignment team with specific partner knowledge for documentation review and other specific\u0026nbsp;queries required for content or sales that could have a material impact on service delivery\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESupport in the preparation and execution of the yearly partner Workshops\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESupport Executive Relations in the preparation of the GSO audit and closure of audit action plan.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003EOther Duties\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETo act as back-up and support for other team members when necessary provide operational support to designated Executive Relations Managers as and when required.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEscalate immediately any actual or potential non compliance.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003C/P\u003E \u003CP\u003EWe\u0027re designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you\u0027re working for.
