Sodexo is seeking a Sous Chef for Jackson West Medical Center located in Doral, FL. Jackson West Medical Center is the first academic medical center in Doral and first built-to-suit campus in Jackson Health System's network. Scheduled to open in early 2021 in west Miami-Dade, Jackson West Medical Center will combine consumer-centered inpatient and outpatient facilities with the latest surgical and medical programs at the campus 100-bed Jos© Milton Memorial Hospital.

The successful candidate will:

• be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting;
• ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented;
• have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;
• ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance; and/or
• have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems.
