The Collaboration Solution Leader in Automation, Migration, & Incubation (AMI) drives the strategic direction of delivery in Global CX Centers organization. You will invest and build strong working relationships into various cross functional teams in Cisco and CX and engage with senior leaders in the CX organization to drive delivery assurance for AMI as well as influence the product roadmap for AMI. You will drive a culture of innovation and disruption to transform customer experience and grow the business with new capabilities.

The Solution Leader will build deep relationships with the extended Cisco team comprising of CXPM, BU, BDMs, CXPE, TTG and CX delivery teams and Exec leadership in achieving their goals.

What You'll Do

  • Build strategic partnerships with CX product management, CX Centers Foundations, sales, delivery and engineering to meet current and future delivery needs across Global CX Centers for AMI.

  • Foster a culture of innovation and automation in the engines. Implement frameworks to invite, prioritize, develop and support new ideas across delivery and engine organizations that have the potential to create business impact.
  • Develop and lead initiatives to drive delivery excellence, improving productivity across the organization, improving delivery quality and standardization.
  • Build diverse teams that are inclusive and willing to try new things.
  • Identify and own automation requirements related to delivery of Migration & Implementation engagements around the Cisco Collaboration Portfolio (Both on-prem & cloud).
  • Strategically plan revenue streams and models for incremental bookings (and revenue) in collaboration with CXPM, BDMs, Sales and delivery teams.
  • Develop the overall strategic Migration offers (bundled offers) for our customers to meet their business needs aligned to the Cisco Sales motion.
  • Develop playbooks to drive scalability through repeatable implementations, using your attention to detail and focus on process efficiency.

Who You Are

  • Strategic innovator who can develop/implement a GTM strategy across all stages of the Automated migration lifecycle and is skilled at driving continued process improvements
  • Deep knowledge of professional services delivery, experience of working with some of Ciscos large customers.
  • Experience in delivering Cisco collaboration solutions to large customers
  • Experience of running large programs with customers or internally within the organization.
  • Comfortable with dealing with ambiguity and working in an agile environment and adapt to change quickly.
  • Good at managing complex programs, including communicating with senior executives within Cisco and influence accelerated decision making and execution.
  • You ideate and love to be a change agent with high degree of passion and positive demeanor
  • A customer-obsessed mentality with a strong grasp of relevant success stories, customer requirements, and delivery standard methodologies to drive business outcomes of incremental business.
  • Strong relationship builder with a focus on aligning and collaborating with key partners.
  • Understand the changing Industry trends, Customer needs and Ciscos Engineering strategy and products roadmap to meet the demand.

Desired Skills

  • MBA, BE/B.Tech/MS Computer Science or equivalent plus 15+ years of proven experience and background in roles that require direct technical customer interaction, such as Professional Services, Solutions and Engineering
  • Expertise in Cisco Collaboration Portfolio having led multiple architectural and strategic roadmap engagements with customers
  • A good understanding of programmability for Cisco Collaboration Applications and how they can be automated and migrated
  • Experience in working with product management or being a leader with vision for solving business problems
  • Ability to negotiate and influence actions of team members outside of function
  • Passion for developing and implementing new ideas
